We are based in Vail, Colorado but service all throughout the Colorado Rocky Mountains. We are available to plan your wedding in Aspen, Breckenridge, Keystone, Telluride, and Steamboat Springs to name a few.  We also specialize in Maui & Lanai Destination Weddings. Yes- our Wedding Management package will suit your coordination needs.

Simply put, a full service wedding planner will execute your wedding from start to finish. With wedding management, you are the primary planner and your manager will pull all the pieces together prior to the wedding day. 

A wedding planner typically is hired at the beginning of the process whereas a manager can be hired later in the planning. 

With Wedding Management, we step in about 60 days prior to your wedding. We will meet with you several times, review the logistics, and help create a detailed wedding day plan. We will meet with your pre-selected vendors and make sure your wedding day flows perfectly. 

As a wedding planner we will create a custom wedding proposal based on your vision. We will manage your budget, find your vendors, and manage all the little details so you can sit back and relax.

Currently, we cap the number of events we take on per year to ensure the consistency and quality of our services for our clients. Please note that although we would LOVE to work with each and every client inquiry that comes in, we may have to refer you to another great local planner if we have reached our capacity for the year!  

I was a venue and catering manager previously so I can say with certainty they do not do what a wedding planner does. Simply put, a catering / venue manager works for their company and a planner works for you. A catering manager’s primary job is to make sure the venue is set properly and that the food is set out on time. While important, they will not assist with making sure your timeline is executed or decor is set out. For example, they will not cue your DJ for your first dance. A planner on the other hand, will oversee all vendors and take care of any problems so the day goes smoothly.

This depends on a variety of factors! Your guest count, venue, design, ect. can all impact this. As your planner we can assist you in creating a realistic budget. The majority of our couples spend $100,000 and up.

Our pricing depends on a variety of factors such a guest count, time of year, and service we are providing. As a base point, our wedding management package starts at $3,500. Contact us directly for a custom quote. Full service planning starts at $10,000.
